Proposed Revision and Adoption of Municipal Bylaws

NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMENT ON THE FINAL DRAFT
THEEWATERSKLOOF MUNICIPALITY ZONING SCHEME BY-LAW, 2019

The Final Draft Theewaterskloof Municipality Zoning Scheme By-law, 2019, is herewith advertised for public comment after incorporating the comments received during the municipality’s previous round of public participation during January 2018 – March 2018 and September 2018 – October 2018.

The following documents are made available for inspection and comment:

  1. The Final Draft Theewaterskloof Municipality Zoning Scheme By-law dated May 2019; and
  2. The Zoning Register depicted in Zoning Maps, which have been converted and aligned with the abovementioned final draft By-law, 2019.

Full particulars of the aforementioned are available for inspection during normal office hours at:-

  • Directorate Operations: Theewaterskloof Municipal Offices; or
  • On the Municipality’s website at www.twk.gov.za; and
  • All libraries in the jurisdiction of the Theewaterskloof Municipality:

Interested members of the public are invited in terms of Section 17 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) to submit comments in writing by no later than 17 June 2019 addressed to The Manager: Town Planning & Building Control by either Post; alternatively via fax (028-214-1289) or e-mail to twkmun@twk.org.za.

Any person in need of assistance with the lodging of comments, objections and representations may, during normal office hours, approach the office of the Town Planning Section or the relevant Town Office for assistance.

KENNISGEWING VAN GELEENTHEID OM KOMMENTAAR TE LEWER OP DIE FINALE KONSEP VAN DIE THEEWATERSKLOOF MUNISIPALITEIT SE SONERINGSKEMA VERORDENING, 2019

Die Finale Konsep van die nuwe Theewaterskloof Munisipaliteit se Soneringskema Verordening, 2019, word hiermee vir openbare kommentaar geadverteer nadat die Munisipaliteit die kommentare verwerk het gedurende die vorige openbare deelname periodes tydens Januarie 2018 – Maart 2018 en September 2018 – October 2018.

Die volgende dokumente word beskikbaar gestel vir inspeksie en kommentaar:

  1. Die Finale Konsep Theewaterskloof Munisipaliteit Soneringskema Verordening gedateer May 2019; en
  2. Die Soneringsregister aangedui in die Soneringskaarte wat omgeskakel en belyn is met die bogenoemde konsep Verordening, 2019.

Geïnteresseerde lede van die publiek word genooi ingevolge Artikel 17 van die Wet op Munisipale Stelsels, 2000 (Wet Nr. 32 van 2000) om kommentaar te lewer in skrif en te versend teen 17 Junie 2019 aan Die Bestuurder: Stadsbeplanning en Boubeheer deur middel van pos; alternatieflik faks (028-214-1289) of kan per e-pos versend word na twkmun@twk.org.za.

Persone wat bystand in die verband benodig, kan gedurende gewone kantoorure, die Regsafdeling of relevante Dorpskantoor kontak  vir hulp indien hulle enige kommentare, besware en voorleggings met betrekking tot die aanvaarding van die voorgestelde verordeninge wil indien.
